I have been with Windermere Property Management since 2001, starting as a leasing agent for six property managers and then transitioning into managing properties. Working as a leasing agent and property manager has provided me with great insight as to what tenants and owners expect from a management professional. This experience allows me to work through any type of situation with our owners, agents and tenants.

Helping you determine property values in the current market place is key, so whatever the size of your home we can help find the perfect fit. We work hard to foster relationships with our tenants in hopes that they will enjoy and respect their temporary home. When you work with Windermere Property Management/Lori Gill & Assoc. you will also be working with a great group of vendors and agents. When the time comes we’ll have just the right person ready to take on that emergency call! We also have great working relationships with local and international relocation companies who bring well qualified tenants. Working with sales agents is another way to increase exposure for our listings as they often have clients that have sold their homes sooner than expected or are building their dream home and have a temporary need.
